Qujing Sino-MIM Technology Group “Zhongming Technology Class” Intern Orientation Team-Building Activity

On Saturday, August 22, 2026, Qujing Sino-MIM Technology Group organized an orientation team-building activity for the interns of the "Zhongming Technology Class," an order-based class jointly established with Kunming Industrial Vocational and Technical College. The activity invited 33 interns newly joining the CNC Machining Technology Department and the No. 1 Production Technology Department, together with 20 mentor masters, to participate. It aimed to enhance communication and rapport between mentors and apprentices through interaction, help the interns gain a deeper understanding of the corporate culture, quickly integrate into the Company, and adapt to their growth path at Zhongming.

At 13:00 that day, the interns boarded the bus and arrived at the designated activity venue after roll call. At 14:00 in the afternoon, the team-building activity officially kicked off under the guidance of a professional team-building instructor. Throughout the process, the mentors interacted with their apprentices and completed the team-building tasks together. In the penalty games interspersed along the way, mentors and apprentices participated side by side, creating a lively and warm atmosphere on site. Through each carefully designed team-building project, the interns gained a deeper appreciation of the importance of teamwork and unity in the workplace, which holds great significance for their future career growth.

After the team-building activity concluded, Ms. Chen, the Human Resources Manager, offered sincere growth messages to the interns. She welcomed all the students of the "Zhongming Technology Class" to the Zhongming family, expressing the hope that they would acquire skills and build friendships in their respective positions, and that they would continue to grow. The Company then organized a barbecue, where all participants gathered together and engaged in conversation, bringing the team-building activity to a successful close.
